Refunds/Exchanges Policy

 

What if my product is incorrect/defective?

If a product is damaged or defective, the purchaser or recipient must contact Jennifer Ann to report the issue (by sending an email to info@jenniferannstyle.com) within ten (10) calendar days from the date of its delivery to the recipient.  Upon receipt of proof of any incorrect or defective product, Jennifer Ann will expeditiously remake and ship the replacement item to the intended recipient OR issue a full refund to the purchaser, at the purchaser's stated election.  Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed to do so by us in writing. 

If the item is incorrect due only to the misspelling of the name/word and the item is undamaged, unworn and unwashed, Jennifer Ann will typically send a postage-prepaid envelope to the recipient for return to Jennifer Ann, so the item can be placed for sale at a discount on the Jennifer Ann website, to avoid the item going to waste.

Depending on banking processes, refunds can take up to seven (7) business days to be completed.       

 

What if I want to exchange an item that is not incorrect or defective?

Exchange of Non-Personalized Items

Jennifer Ann accepts all exchanges of non-personalized items provided we are given written notice (by email to info@jenniferannroyals.com) within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of the package AND the delivered item is in original condition, unworn, undamaged and not washed.

Requests for exchanges of non-personalized items submitted more than ten (10) calendar days after delivery of a package may not be granted.

Exchange of Personalized Items

Jennifer Ann has the sole discretion as to whether it will grant a request for the exchange of any personalized item(s).

The requested exchange must be made in writing (by email to info@jenniferannroyals.com) within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of the package AND the delivered item must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged and not washed. 

Policies Applicable to All Exchanges

Jennifer Ann will not ship out any replacement item(s) until a) the item(s) to be exchanged have arrived back to Jennifer Ann, and b) the purchaser has paid the applicable shipping fee necessary to ship the replacement item(s) out.
