NO Refunds For Personalized Items
- all sales of personalized items are final upon the placement of your order.
- personalized items are never eligible for a refund and will only be eligible for an exchange if there is an error on our part, e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item. In the instance of a permitted exchange, Jennifer Ann will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds/Exchanges For NON-Personalized Items
- Jennifer Ann accepts refunds or exchanges of non-personalized items provided we are given written notice within 10 days of delivery of your package.
- Jennifer Ann does not cover the cost of return shipping of any item, unless the refund/exchange is a result of our error, e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item.
- In the instance of a refund not prompted by an error on our part, Jennifer Ann will not refund the shipping fee paid by the customer.
- In the instance of an exchange not prompted by an error on our part, the customer is required to pay the applicable shipping fee before Jennifer Ann will ship out the replacement item(s).
- returned items must be in original condition, undamaged and not washed for a refund or an exchange.
- if you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and the reason you desire a refund or an exchange, and we will work hard to get you a response within 24 hours of receipt of your email.

- Jennifer Ann is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit by the postal service, beginning when we place your package in the hands of the USPS (or any other shipping provider). For questions about your package, please contact your local USPS post office (or the applicable shipping provider).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, subject to United States Export Laws.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours.
