Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order/Item:

Three (3) calendar days from placement of order.  Any order placed by a Distributor and/or Customer may be cancelled within three (3) calendar days of the placement of the order. 

NOTE:  While all orders may be cancelled within three (3) calendar days of order placement, Jennifer Ann, LLC may allow cancellations beyond the deadline.  Jennifer Ann, LLC expressly reserves the right to deny any cancellation requested beyond the three (3) calendar day deadline.

How to submit a Cancellation Request:

There are two ways to cancel an order/item:

In the email, please provide the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and the item(s) you desire to cancel.
